My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although the staff was friendly and the location was perfect for skiing, the cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. We found hair on the sheets, and had to switch rooms multiple times. The dining experience also left much to be desired, with poor food quality and unpleasant ordering options. Overall, I felt it was way too expensive for what we received.

I recently stayed at this hotel during ski season, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location right next to the slopes is fantastic, and the views from the room were stunning.
